Juan van Overveld

Juan grew up in the south of the Netherlands and has been playing guitar since the age of nine. After high school, he studied at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where he developed into a versatile guitarist.

His musical influences include hip-hop, neo-soul, jazz, and blues. These styles come together in his own project, CLAB, where he creates a contemporary blend of genres. In addition to his own music, Juan performs as a session guitarist with artists such as Jefferson Manson and Ruskey. He has also recorded guitar in the studio for artists including Blanks, Antoon, NoArt, and Maey.

In his lessons, Juan combines his experience as both a live and studio musician to help students develop their technique, musicality, and their own unique sound.

Juan teaches on Mondays and Thursdays.
